Turkey Chili for Two

Lean turkey chili with beans, tomatoes, and peppers.

Ingredients

  • 10 oz lean ground turkey
  • 1 cup black beans
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 onion, diced
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Brown turkey with onion and bell pepper in olive oil.
  2. Add chili powder, beans, and tomatoes.
  3. Simmer 20 minutes until thickened.
