Turkey Chili for Two
Lean turkey chili with beans, tomatoes, and peppers.
Ingredients
- 10 oz lean ground turkey
- 1 cup black beans
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp olive oil
Instructions
- Brown turkey with onion and bell pepper in olive oil.
- Add chili powder, beans, and tomatoes.
- Simmer 20 minutes until thickened.
