Lemon Dill Baked Salmon
Tender oven-baked salmon with fresh dill and lemon slices.
Ingredients
- 2 salmon fillets
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 2 tbsp chopped dill
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- Salt and black pepper
Instructions
- Heat oven to 400F (205C).
- Place salmon on a lined tray and rub with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Top with lemon slices and dill.
- Bake 12 to 15 minutes until salmon flakes easily.
