Lemon Dill Baked Salmon

Tender oven-baked salmon with fresh dill and lemon slices.

Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 2 tbsp chopped dill
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • Salt and black pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 400F (205C).
  2. Place salmon on a lined tray and rub with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Top with lemon slices and dill.
  4. Bake 12 to 15 minutes until salmon flakes easily.
