Greek Yogurt Berry Parfait

Layered berries, yogurt, and granola for a quick healthy breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup mixed berries
  • 1/2 cup low-sugar granola
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp honey (optional)

Instructions
